I caught this steelhead survivor this past winter dead drifting an egg pattern. I had no indication it was deformed since it battled hard like most of the steelies I caught that day. Probably a result of an injury as a juvenile in the hatchery (I am pretty sure this is a PA strain fish). Never seen anything like it before (don't want to either in the near future!).
